About this Course

Learn about the basic methods of relief print making with Emilie Kvist. Printmaking is an art form that allows you to transfer a design or drawing onto another surface. In this workshop, you will learn about Styrofoam relief printmaking. You will be able to create your very own print using various colours and blends onto paper that is perfect for hanging on the wall or giving as a gift! Print and color your way to a fun family activity with this printmaking craft. You will experiment with prints, colouring techniques, and take home some artwork too! This workshop is open to children aged 6 – 13 and their parents. Preregistration is required. Emilie Kvist is a mixed media artist based out of the Mission/Abbotsford region and has just completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of the Fraser Valley. She enjoys creating work that involves blending the medium of sculpture with other mediums under the umbrella of visual arts.
