About this Course

Join us for Linda Yauk of Seniors First BC for this interactive presentation on social connectedness which introduces the importance of staying connected; discusses issues of social isolation and loneliness, the correlation between social isolation and decreased well-being, and how we can do our part to stay connected with loved ones in our lives. Coffee, tea and refreshments will be provided.
