Certified mindfulness meditation practitioner Kulwant Gill will lead participants in a mindful movement practice. Like any other mindfulness practice, the intention will be to bring full attention and awareness to the present moment. By bringing awareness to our movement, breath and body, you will be better tuned inwards, thus allowing you to make the mind-body connection. Practices may include breathing exercises and gentle yoga and stretching. Suitable for all levels. Activity is free and open to all ages and abilities. Registration encouraged but drop-ins will be accommodated based on room capacity.
